1.The year 2010: Restoration of a KLINKER PIT & FLYASH PITS BURST of RCC RAFT 1500mm thickness and M60 design mix at SHREE CEMENTS LTD, Laksar, ROORKEE plant Challenge: Raft Had to be restored without dewatering of 6M deep pit. The raft and walls had become porous by washing away of cement and fine particles of sand due to sand boiling. Restored in 3 days. Many agencies Struggled for 2 years

2. The year 2010: THDC Rishikesh OH water tank 500 KL: Strength augmentation of distressed.

Challenge: NO substitute-had to be done without shutdown.

3. The year 1996-97: VSNL –satellite station: 15 years guarantee waterproofing of dripping roof without DISMANTLING & DURING MONSOONS. The 1st work with the AQUAVENT-moisture release system. Challenge: Excessive dripping from the roof, especially on the central console panel of the only satellite link in 1996.The wet mud- phuska not allowed to be removed. The work is done in 45 days with rains every 2-10 hours.

4. The year 2016: NON-Non- RCC. BASEMENTS/LIFT PITS of MES. Challenge: Rodents puncturing the brick walls of pits. Were leaking for 20 years.

5. The year 2018: DMRC. HAZRAT NIZAMUDDIN METRO STATION- BLANKET AUGMENTATION /waterproofing of 1000Sqm. 1200mm thick M40 RCC. ‘D’WALL of the metro station.25 odd agencies struggled unsuccessfully for 2 years. Done by TEAM AAYKA in 14 days using DR.MIRACLE systems. Challenge: Thousands of pinhole leakages, which could not be cement/PU grouted.

6.1998:110 roofs of MES. done without dismantling the signature technique. The performance SPOTLESS without maintenance to date. Challenge: Every product failed

7.2017-18: MES. Rising dampness – DPC failure of 1500 RMT walls done without dismantling successfully using Dr. MIRACLE & AQUAVENT products. Challenge: LACK OF AVAILABLE OPTIONS

8.2015: Waterproofing of SUNKEN slabs done without dismantling successfully using Dr. MIRACLE & AQUAVENT products. Challenge: LACK OF AVAILABLE OPTIONS

9.2016-17: MES.Retrofitting of STAINLESS STEEL tank washing plant. Challenge: LACK OF AVAILABLE OPTIONS as agencies tried every possible product. The main challenge for sprinkling alkaline water @ 80-90degree C.

10.2016-17: Management of NON-STRUCTURAL CRACKS of a building. Challenge: Cracks up to 15mm caused due to design fault.

11.2014: Restoration & waterproofing of GPO, Mumbai-a HERITAGE project. Challenge: No dismantling allowed. Excessive crack re-development
