The cause of rising humidity is a lack of an adequate damp proof course (DPC) or a malfunctioning damp proof course. To protect the wall from groundwater, DPC is installed as a waterproof layer. It should be layered 6 inches from the outer ground on both external and internal walls. Even when DPC is working well, you may experience escalating moisture issues. Something attached to the wall could be allowing water to enter your wall above the DPC level. For more details please contact us 981028534.
